Using mannequins to mimic a busy 6 yard box, Players cross the ball from two positions (corner and midfield) on the right and left of the pitch. Rotate your goalkeepers to practice catching he crosses.

Goalkeepers should attack the ball ensuring they do not bump into the mannequins. Goalkeepers should seek to catch the ball or punch it clear with distance.

If the crossed ball is caught, goalkeepers should quickly throw the ball out to the players crossing the balls on the opposite wing.
